Spring will soon be here and many of us are struggling to keep our New Year’s resolutions. Life seems to be moving faster than ever, challenging us to keep up.
We are also forced to make some significant changes in our lives because our planet is going through what we call a “shift”. This is affecting every person physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
I will be addressing these issues on my Saturday retreats. I will share many techniques that you can use to make these challenging times easier to cope with, since our old methods are no longer effective or beneficial.
The retreats begin at 10am and are usually over by 2pm. Of course I am open to seeing you on an individual basis. Call for an appointment. 909-783-4121.

I am now offering a retreat on Saturdays at Grand Terrace, from 10am to 1:30pm.
Reservations are required. Additionally, on the 3rd Saturday of each month I will be giving a retreat at St. Lucy’s Priory in Glendora. The time is also from 10am to 1:30pm. Coffee and water and snacks will be provided, but we ask you to please bring a sack lunch. A “Love Offering” is appreciated for all retreats. Make checks payable to St. Lucy’s Priory. We do not accept credit cards, only cash or checks.
